How to eat well - No need expensive drugs for long life. Simply watch your diet in everyday life such as the following tips:

  • Choose foods that contain low levels of fat

  • Note the amount of salt, sodium, and sugar in food

  • Make sure your food servings are not excessive

  • Eat less fast food

  • Expand fruits, vegetables and wheat

  • Not drinking alcohol to avoid cirrhosis, hepatitis, breast cancer and fertility problems
