ZTE Light Android Tablet Specification - ZTE announced the latest Android 3G product tablet where tablet device is called ZTE Light. As the name implies, this Light ZTE is really light, because it weighs only 403g. Tablets of this ZTE runs on Android OS 2.1 with 512MB of memory RAM and 512MB ROM.
